Should be good starting where the anime ended but I like to read it from the beginning for the experience. Either works, it's definitely a great adaptation of the manga so it falls to preference. the anime is almost exactly like the manga so I’d pick up at chapter 54 which is where the anime leaves off.

I havent watched many animes but Demon Slayer is one of the best ones I have watched so far. My only complaint so far is the comedy scenes in it. Sometimes, the comedy feels really forced and unnecessary (most of Zenitsu's scenes) but overall its pretty good. And yeah, Rengoku Vs Akaza was amazing. One of the best anime fights I have ever watched.
